Ann E. Berriman has been providing consulting services to the health care industry since 1978.  Although she currently specializes in furnishing services to DMEPOS suppliers, she has advised all types of health care providers and suppliers over the years, from large institutional providers such as nursing home and hospital chains to individual practitioners like physicians, nurses and therapists.

Through the years Ann has followed and advised her clients about the myriad of legislative initiatives, regulatory changes, through the implementation of new reimbursement and claims processing rules, and administrative changes to the Medicare program.  And there have been a lot – too many to count or list but throughout the years Ann’s advice has stayed detailed, up to date, consistent, and yet always reasonable and practical for her clients to follow.

For twenty of the more than thirty years Ann has been providing information and assistance to her clients Ann practiced law, first in two large laws firms and then  for the remaining 12 years as a solo practitioner in Baltimore, Maryland.  Although Ann is still licensed to practice law, she has returned to offering a variety of consulting services to DMEPOS suppliers, particularly those in the long term care industry.

Ann received her undergraduate degree in political science and economics from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from George Washington University and a law degree from Washington School of Law part of American University in Washington, D.C.

Ann offers her consulting services through Navigator Health Management Services a Medicare Part B supplier and billing service located in Franklin, TN.
She resides in Doylestown, PA with her two school age children.
