Part B Services

Navigator's Part B department aids in qualifying patients, expedites cash collections, and will institute a compliance program for your ancillary billing program. The ancillary billing can be accomplished with either a fee for service agreement or full assignment agreement.

Fee For Service Program
The fee for service program is designed for facilities with their Part B DMERC supplier number. Your facility would provide Part B supplies/equipment/services for your eligible patients while Navigator would become your billing agent with Medicare. All Medicare reimbursement would be paid to your facility while Navigator would earn a "flat fee" per patient per date of service from your facility for processing claims on the eligible patients.

Full Assignment Program
Navigator offers our full assignment program for any facility that does not have a Part B DMERC supplier number or chooses not to participate in the Part B program. Navigator would provide supplies/equipment/services for the Part B eligible patients in your facility. The elimination of those cost of goods for Part B supplies in your facility can be a substantial savings for your facility.

Compliance Program
Navigator's goal is to produce accurate claims by actively training employees, evaluating managers, and educating both clients and employees on Medicare regulations pertaining to Part B billing practices and HIPAA privacy practices.
